The MSU Spartans Field Hockey Team uses the MX3 Hydration System to regularly test and track athletes’ hydration levels. On a recent away game in California, the team filmed their travels, including the time they took to perform quick hydration testing with the MX3 LAB. The hydration checks during a trip to a warmer climate ensured the athletes were ready to play hard and stay safe.
