Buyer acknowledges that MX3 may require Buyer to sign an additional ULA prior to shipping any MX3 Diagnostics products purchased through this website. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that MX3 may refuse to ship any product purchased herein and MX3 will reissue to Buyer a refund of their purchase price.
